2.5. The recipients of your personal data
The data collected are intended for the internal departments of EHO.LINK and its own independent service providers
("processors" within the meaning of the Regulation), which process them on behalf and according to the instructions
of EHO.LINK.
The transfer of your data to EHO.LINK's processors is monitored to ensure the security of your personal data.
The data processed may also be sent to competent authorities at their request, in the context of judicial

be transferred to a processor whose servers are located in a third country.

transferred in accordance with applicable legislation and that appropriate contractual provisions and technical and
organisational measures are implemented, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European

You have a right of access, rectification, restriction and erasure, a right to the portability of your personal
information, and the right to object to the processing of these data on the Website, which you may exercise at any

2.8. How can you exercise your rights?
To enable us to respond in the shortest possible time, you should indicate your last name, given name, email and
postal address and, if possible, your customer reference, stating the means of contact to which the reply should be
sent (email, postal address).
You are informed that in the event of any reasonable doubt, a photocopy of an ID document bearing your signature may
be requested in order to process your request.
A reply will then be sent to you within a month of receiving the request. However, this period may be extended by
two (2) months, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests. In this case, EHO.LINK
will inform you of the reason for the delay within one (1) month of receiving your request.
If your communication with EHO.LINK was not satisfactory, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de
l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French supervisory authority responsible for enforcing personal data
obligations in France.
2.9. The security of your data
EHO.LINK undertakes to implement the necessary protection measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the
personal data processed and to prevent them from being altered, damaged, destroyed or accessed by an unauthorised
third party. Technical and organisational security measures including, in particular, encryption and
pseudonymisation policies, have been introduced for this purpose and based on the risk involved in the processing or

For the requirements of the technical storage of your personal data, your data will be centralised on our servers
physically hosted by the service provider Interxion, which does not have access to them. Interxion’s servers are
located in the European Union.
